Greg Hallman

Greg Hallman is a distinguished senior lecturer in finance and real estate finance at the McCombs School of Business, at The University of Texas at Austin. He is also the director of the Texas Real Estate Center and the faculty director of the McCombs Real Estate Investment Fund, a student-run investment fund that invests in both real estate investment trusts and private-equity real estate. He received his Ph.D. in finance from UT in 1996 and has taught finance and real estate finance courses at McCombs since 2002.
Steven Pedigo

Steven Pedigo is an expert in economic and urban development, anchor engagement, city strategy, and placemaking. Pedigo has advised and collaborated with more than 50 cities, universities, developers, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies across the globe to build more creative, innovative, and inclusive communities. Pedigo is the founding executive director of the LBJ Urban Lab and a professor of practice at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin.
S. Craig Watkins
Founding Director, Institute for Media Innovation
Moody College of Communication
S. Craig Watkins is the Ernest A. Sharpe Centennial Professor at The University of Texas at Austin and the founding director of the Institute for Media Innovation (IMI), a research and design center in the Moody College of Communication. IMI is currently working on projects that explore the impacts of COVID-19, the intersections between social justice and technology, and how technology is impacting the future of work. Watkins is also the director of the Racial Justice Research Focus Area, a program based in UT Austin’s Good Systems grand challenge, a campus-wide initiative that explores responsible artificial intelligence.
