Organizing AI Agents: Behavior, Incentives, and Design in Human-AI Teams
Free Online Event, Nov. 12-13, 2026
Every company racing to deploy AI agents is asking the same question: How do we get them to work together? So far, the answer has been purely technical — better protocols, faster handoffs, smarter orchestration. But there's a problem nobody's pricing in: These agents were trained on human language, and they're starting to act like it. They cut corners when incentives are misaligned. They copy each other into bad decisions. They perform differently in a group than they do alone.
That's not a systems failure. That's organizational behavior now showing up in a workforce that didn't exist five years ago. This conference puts that connection at the center: bringing together the people building agentic systems and the people who've spent careers studying how incentives, communication, and structure shape teams. And because agent organizations can be tested and rebuilt in an afternoon instead of a fiscal quarter, we're looking at a rare chance to run the experiments human organizations never could.
Join us for keynotes, panels, and talks from leading academics and industry practitioners at the frontier of this shift.
